1st Cook Garde manger/Banquets :

  • This is a hourly Supervisor position in training .  All job duties will be learned and practiced when Sous Chef is absent.
  • Understand local health codes/Serve safe certified
  • Follow all recipes/use records and procedures for food prep in accordance of HACCP .
  • Check freshness of all foods and ingredients, ensure all recipes and portions are followed
  • Garde Manger /cold prep in a leadership capacity in a  large Hotel or Country club experience is preferred
  • Hi- end large production experience necessary
  • Work with Stewarding and Front of the house teams to ensure that all items have been appropriately prepped and recipes followed
  • Flexible schedule is preferred, mostly early mornings 5am starts
  • Dependable transportation is a must
  • Bilingual is helpful

 

1st Cook Banquets Hot side

  • This is a hourly Supervisor position in training .  All job duties will be learned and practiced when Sous Chef is absent.
  • Understand local health codes/Serve safe certified
  • Follow all recipes/use records and procedures for food prep in accordance of HACCP .
  • Check freshness of all foods and ingredients, ensure all recipes and portions are followed
  • Hot  prep in leadership capacity in large Hotel or Country club experience is preferred
  • Hi- end large production experience necessary
  • Work with Stewarding and Front of the house teams to ensure that all items have been appropriately prepped and recipes followed
  • Flexible schedule is preferred, dependable transportation is a must

 

1nd Cook CCBG:

  • This is a hourly Supervisor position in training .  All job duties will be learned and practiced when Sous Chef is absent.
  • Understand local health codes/Serve safe certified
  • Follow all recipes/use records and procedures for food prep in accordance of HACCP .
  • Check freshness of all foods and ingredients, ensure all recipes and portions are followed
  • Strong ala carte experience in all stations
  • Work with Front of the house teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Flexible schedule is preferred, dependable transportation is a must
  • Hotel or hi-volume restaurant preferred

 

2nd Cook CCBG:

  • This is a hourly position in training,
  • Understand local health codes/Serve safe certified preferred
  • Follow all recipes/use records and procedures for food prep in accordance of HACCP .
  • Check freshness of all foods and ingredients, ensure all recipes and portions are followed
  • Strong ala carte experience in all stations
  • Flexible schedule is preferred, dependable transportation is a must
